You are exactly where you need to be even though it may not feel that way. Everything you need to overcome and move through this chapter in life is with you. My job is to help you unfold that, sometimes give a little push, and help you regain balance. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach, based on your personality, needs and the area of concern. Therefore, treatment is different for each person and may be Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), or Systems, but often experiential incorporating the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of your being. Specializing in Sufi Psychology, my focus is on self-awareness and self-knowledge in order for you to learn what you are experiencing, what you need, and how to provide it. My experiences have been with a wide variety of clients and topics and I enjoy the richness of working with individuals from all walks of life. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions.

I believe that therapy starts with a solid relationship so that you can feel comfortable and safe on your therapy journey. This journey can feel scary and overwhelming sometimes and I am here to help you navigate through this process. I use a multi-disciplinary approach so that I can match my efforts to your individual needs. I enjoy learning about your story and how we can work as a team to reach your goals.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Mary’s College and a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis.
