You are exactly where you need to be even though it may not feel that way and everything you need to overcome and move through this chapter in life is with you. My job is to help you unfold that, sometimes give a little push, and help you regain balance. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach, based on your personality, needs and the area of concern. Therefore, treatment is different for each person and may be Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), or Systems, but often experiential incorporating the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of your being.
I received my Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University and my Master’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My experiences have been with a wide variety of clients and topics and I enjoy the richness of working with individuals from all walks of life. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions.

I’m a neuro-spicy, queer therapist with a directive style who has always questioned the status quo. I believe different perspectives matter—especially when the usual ways haven’t worked. I’ve always asked “why” because knowing is not the same as understand. This curiosity deeply anchors who I am as a therapist.
I take a holistic approach, prioritizing comprehensive care of the individual rather than focusing solely on psychological symptoms. I do this by utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, adapting my approach to address each client’s unique requirements. My experience working with individuals from varied backgrounds and in multiple settings has deepened my commitment to broadening the approaches used in therapy.
Accordingly, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as an expanded treatment option designed to support and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
We’re often taught to mask and present curated versions of ourselves, especially when life gets messy. Therapy with me makes space for the unfiltered parts of being human—without shame for being human. Together, we’ll explore how anxiety, shame, fear, and judgment write fictions we come to believe. We’ll create strategies to help you reclaim authorship of your story so you can stand in your truth as you write the rest.

Since receiving my Master’s degree in 2018, I’ve worked extensively with people navigating PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I use evidence-based practices such as Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), CBT, and Psychodynamic techniques.
My therapeutic approach is deeply shaped by my experience growing up in Los Angeles as a daughter of an immigrant and a war refugee. I connect with you as a human being first. I highlight the ways in which generational traumas have impacted our DNA and help you navigate broken systems that do not support our healing.
Sessions with me can range from practicing coping skills and processing traumatic moments to crafting the perfect break up text. I can provide the emotional support and tools needed to cope through the various challenges life throws at you with professionalism and humor.
When I’m not in the office, you will find me showing my two young children the best Spanish Rock albums, baking profiteroles, or watching tv with my husband after surviving bedtime.

I’m a relational therapist who believes healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I work with people navigating substance use, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ identity, PMDD, grief, religious trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is flexible and collaborative, balancing present-day concerns while gently exploring the deeper layers underneath.
I blend CBT and DBT to explore thought patterns and build tools for emotional regulation, and I incorporate creative and holistic approaches when helpful. For clients who feel connected to spirituality, I may also integrate tarot as a reflective, therapeutic tool for insight and self-exploration.
I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here as an ally to help you build awareness, skills, and self-trust as you move toward the version of yourself you want to grow into.
My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t linear. I began in hospitality, moved into tech sales, and eventually found my way to mental health—a journey that taught me every experience has something to offer when approached with curiosity rather than judgment. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and feel honored to do this work every day.

I have a Masters in Social Work with over a decade of experience in behavioral health and case management. I support individuals in exploring how behavioral patterns, life challenges, and problem-solving intersect—helping you reclaim your story and honor your identity while building sustainable tools to endure through your journey.
My work is grounded in the belief that self-advocacy and collective healing are essential to integrative care. I take a relational, intuitive, and adaptive approach, creating a space that is both affirming and transformative. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused work, while also honoring cultural wisdom and lived experience.
I have extensive experience working with people of color, low-income communities, immigrants, LGBTQ+ and TGNC individuals, older adults, and neurodiverse populations. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety and depression, substance use, identity development, life transitions, and relationship dynamics—including non-monogamy and sex-positive care.
Whether you’re navigating complex trauma, systemic barriers, or personal growth, I aim to partner with you in a way that aligns with your goals, values, and pace.

As Chief Happiness Officer, I take my position very seriously. I will lift you up, make you smile, and help you soothe.
When not spreading joy at work, I enjoy following my mom around, sitting pretty for pup cups, loving on every living creature, and striving to itch that one spot on my rear.

I'm in training. Learning to be a good pup and a good listener. I like to cuddle and will sit in your lap all session long. Don't be fooled by my snores, I'm just listening with my eyes closed.
